  93 rd ACADEMY AWARDS PART-TWO   Welcome back to the second part of the 93 rd Academy Awards. In this part, I am going to write about Best Actor, Best Animated Feature Film, Best Supporting Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Animated Short Film, Best Costume Design, Best Visual Effects, Best Cinematography, Best Makeup and Hairstyling, Best Film Editing, Best Production Design. So let's begin.   Ø Best Production Design In this category, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, Tenet, News of the World, Mank, The Father were nominated. The winner is Mank. For Mank, Donald Graham Burt (Production Design) & Jan Pascale (Set Decoration) won the award. Mank’s screenplay was originally written by Jack Fincher, David Fincher’s father. The movie is based on his screenplay. The film is set from 1940 to 1950 approximately.  93rd ACADEMY AWARDS PART ONE On 25th April 2021 Oscars ceremony took place in Los Angeles. The nominations were announced on March 15 202,1 by Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. In this year’s films released two different calendar years were available for award consideration in the same category after the 6th Oscars. David Fincher’s Mank got the most nominations ten as following Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Cinematography, Best Costume Design, Best Makeup and Hairstyling, Best Original Score, Best Sound. Nomadland got the most awards in the night. The movie got three awards for Best Picture, Best Actress, Best Director. First time after the 78th Oscars, no film has won more than 3 awards. This year’s ceremony ended with the Best Actor category marking its first time since the 44th Oscars. Cult cinema or what some people call cult classic is a movie that has a strong, loyal fanbase. Cult cinemas are not dependent on box office success or critically acclaimed. These type of movies changes the dynamics of cinema in future. I will give you some examples which way you can get my point more clearly. My favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption which is the best example of cult cinema. The movie changed the perception of people. In the movie’s initial run it was a flop but after getting numerous Oscars nominations it came back into the theaters to become a success. In India, there is another perfect example of cult cinema is Andaz Apna Apna (AAA). If anyone doesn’t know then Aamir Khan and Salman Khan starrer movie was a big box office failure. What would happen if these two stars in one movie today. But after the television period, it just became one of the most streaming movies in the history of Indian Cinema. ONE ARRANGED MURDER One arranged murder is the ninth and twelfth overall book written by famous Chetan Bhagat. We all know him for some famous movies like Kai Po Che, 2 States, and Half Girlfriend, etc. The book is of a total of 312 pages with paperback. If anyone hasn't seen full series then there might be potential spoilers for you. So Beware!  The whole season seems built-up to the 3rd season and nothing interestingly happens to the hype of this season. We all waited nearly 2 years to get the 2nd part and at least I expected a lot more than this. Main characters were not even in the frame for some of the episodes. The main focus of taking Mirzapur seemed too much dragged down to the last episode. Everything for Guddu was easy after the starting episode, he gets into Mirzapur and burns down one of the main businesses of Kaalin Bhaiyya just like blowing a card castle. It just doesn't make sense to me, might make sense to you. He was not great at dealing with people in the first season but somehow he gains it in the 2nd season, it might be because of the loss of his loved ones which made him calmer and responsible but that is insane.
